About Us
Green Health Collective opened in September 2024. We are located in Woodbridge, CT and
serve adolescents and adults throughout Connecticut.
The office is easily accessible right off the Merritt Parkway. The recently remodeled office has been described as “welcoming
and relaxing, yet clinical”.
On-site and convenient parking, telemedicine, and same-day
scheduling. We welcome new patients and appreciate referrals.
Christa Mann is an Advanced Practice Nurse, board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Having nearly
20 years of medical experience, she is highly sought after by patients and well-respected by the local
medical community.
Christa provides holistic and patient-centered care in the areas of adult and adolescent wellness, mental
and emotional health, gender care, sexual health, addiction and recovery care, and
preventative care and management of chronic disease.
It is her goal to provide all her patients with care that is culturally sensitive, engaging,
patient-centered, and accessible.
Education:
Giulia Cardona is the knowledgeable and welcoming face of Green Health Collective.
She provides essential administrative support, greets visitors, manages
communication, and ensures smooth operation daily.
Giulia is a licensed
phlebotomist, experienced in business management, and is bilingual in Italian.
Amanda Goraieb is a highly experienced and dedicated Medical Assistant with over a decade of hands-on experience in urgent care, correctional health, and internal medicine settings.
Known for strong clinical skills, adaptability in high-pressure environments, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
