Green Health Collective partners with Community Medical Group (CMG) and Privia Health

Green Health Collective is pleased to announce that we have joined Community Medical Group (CMG) and Privia Health, becoming part of the Privia Quality Network of Connecticut. CMG is the state's largest independent physician network, and Privia Health is a national provider-led platform that supports independent practices with technology, population-health resources, and streamlined payer relationships. Christa remains the sole owner and decision-maker for every aspect of your care at Green Health Collective — this partnership strengthens the infrastructure behind the practice, not the care itself. As part of this transition, our electronic health records and patient portal have moved to the AthenaHealth platform. The Healow portal you may have used previously has been retired, and patients now log in through the new AthenaHealth portal to message our office, request appointments, view records, and request prescription refills. We're grateful for your patience through the switch.

Green Health Collective receives national certification as a Woman-Owned Small Business

Green Health Collective is proud to share that we have received national certification as a Woman-Owned Small Business through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the country's largest third-party certifier of women-owned businesses. WBENC certification confirms that a company is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by a woman, with day-to-day leadership genuinely in her hands. Earning it is not automatic — it requires a thorough review of ownership and governance documents and financial records, along with a site visit conducted by a WBENC regional partner organization, before certification is granted. Christa personally completed this process, providing the practice's formation, licensing, and operating records to demonstrate that Green Health Collective is women-led at every level. The certification connects the practice to a national community of women business owners and gives us access to WBENC's ongoing educational programming and network. We're honored to carry this distinction as we continue building an independent, patient-first practice.

Green Health Collective celebrates its 1,000th patient appointment

This month, Green Health Collective celebrated a meaningful milestone: our 1,000th patient appointment. Christa's practice serves patients across every stage of life, from adolescents transitioning into adult primary care to adults managing hormone health, weight, and healthy aging, with many finding their way to us through word-of-mouth from friends, family, and fellow patients. That kind of growth doesn't happen by accident, and it's reflected in our patient reviews, where Green Health Collective consistently holds a 5-star rating on Google. Green Health Collective joins the Amity and Hamden Chambers of Commerce

Green Health Collective is now a proud member of both the Amity Chamber of Commerce and the Hamden Regional Chamber of Commerce. The Amity Chamber serves the local business communities of Orange, Woodbridge, Bethany, and the surrounding area, offering advocacy, networking, and professional development opportunities that help local businesses and families thrive together. The Hamden Regional Chamber has been connecting businesses to opportunities in the Hamden area and beyond since 1925, with a mission centered on advocacy, economic growth, and building a strong local business community. Joining both chambers reflects our commitment to being an active, engaged part of the communities we serve.

Green Health Collective opens

On September 9, 2024, Christa Mann officially opened the doors of Green Health Collective in Woodbridge, Connecticut. Christa founded the practice with a clear goal: to offer patients personalized, whole-person primary care instead of the rushed, high-volume visits so common in traditional medicine today. From day one, the scope of care has extended beyond a standard checkup to include hormone health, weight management, preventive screenings, and support through life's transitions, all built around each patient's individual goals and preferences. As an independent, provider-led practice, Christa has the freedom to spend real time with patients, follow the evidence, and make care decisions based on what's right for each person rather than what a large system dictates. The practice welcomes patients from adolescence through adulthood, with same or next-day scheduling often available and telehealth visits offered alongside in-person care. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey since day one — we're just getting started!
